September 23, 2018 – Dubrovnik
Today is my “me” day. I slept late and had a leisurely breakfast. I scheduled a 75 minute massage for 11:30am. The massage was great. She said my leg muscles were tight. With all my walking, I’d be surprised if they weren’t.
I ran over to the local marketplace and spent my last kuna on a shawl.
Tonight is a Gala night. I’ll be dressing in my finery for dinner.
Some random notes about the cruise:
My new table mates are okay but not as much fun as my prior table mates. Even the table steward says he misses them.
There is a tour group of 30 Japanese on board. They are having difficulty because only the group leader speaks English.
We lost at trivia last night by one question. We asked the winning couple to join our team since they knew the ones we didn’t know.
We had a very funny comedian last night. This was the first show I’ve been to. Most nights I’ve been hanging out in the casino. Hmmm, going to the show might save me some money.
