January 3, 4, and 5, 2022 – On route to Ushuaia

January 3, 2022
The sky was overcast when I had breakfast. They scheduled a zodiak tour around Spert Island for 830am. We got the announcement that they were ready but it would be a wet and wild ride. I opted to stay onboard . I was told it was a really good tour.
By 11am we were on our way towards the Drake Passage.
By the time we finished dinner, the rocking was starting. I headed to my cabin.
January 4, 2022
Overnight the rocking of the ship got worse. While eating breakfast we had a couple of waves reaching to the 4th floor. We had another Covid test and we all tested negative.
I attended a lecture that included a virtual tour of the bridge and engine room. It was very interesting.
December 5, 2022
We arrived in Ushuaia5this morning. We are a day early as requested by Argentinian Health officials. They let us dock and a medical team came on to do another Covid test.
They have announced that we will be disembarking in the morning.. We are not allowed off the ship today.
We had a final recap meeting after dinner and Patricio showed us a video he made of highlights of the cruise.
After many goodbyes to crew members, I went to bed.
