After a short walk from our rental I procured a latte from Noble Coffee to hasten waking up. I, also, picked up a 6 pack of Ginger Tonic which is made with Coffee fruit. The barista told me to try it with gin or tequila. I’ll try that when I get home.
Carolyn and I walked into town and looked for places to eat dinner and easy places to walk for Jan. When we got back, we got Jan and walked to the Food Coop for sandwiches for lunch.
The temperature was in the high 80’s so we stayed in for the afternoon and played Quiddler.
We walked into town for dinner. We had reserved a balcony table at Martino’s. We had a wonderful dinner with wine. The restaurant is right next to the Shakespeare Theater complex. We reserved balcony seats which had an excellent view of the stage. The adaptation of “The Three Musketeers” was very different than the Gene Kelly version. This one had rap music and gave more notice to the fact that Alexander Dumas was black and that his father was a very famous French general. I enjoyed the show.

The Three Musketeers: looking good, girls! Great post 🙂
