September 21, 2023 – Ardeche

Today we took an all day tour to Ardeche region of France.  It is known for the “Grand Canyon of Europe”  and the natural Pont D’Arc. The first stop was a small village, Vogue. We saw the Chateau de Vogue and walked around the village . Next stop was to see the Pont d’Arc and the canyon.   It started to rain heavily as we walked to our lunch stop.  Our final stop was the Musee de Lavande  where we learned all about lavender.  We headed up river to meet our ship as it came down river.
