October 9, 2024 – At Sea

Today we were sailing toward Prince Edward Island. The day was busy with many different events. I went to the Captain’s Recognition Ceremony where cruisers with lots of day sailing on Holland America get recognized. Following this I attended the free wine tasting offered to 4 and 5 star Mariners. I had a good time. I sat with a couple from Kentucky who I had met on my 2017 Grand America cruise.
The after dinner show was Breton Thunder a 5 person group who perform Breton folk music. This was the best show yet.
