June 24 -Traveling to Rapid City SD

June 24, 2016 Oakland to SFO to Denver to Rapid City S.D.
I got up at 5am this morning. I requested a Lyft car at 6am. He picked me up at 6:15 and we were off to the airport. I got there at 7 and was through security by 7:10am thanks to TSA precheck. I had a leisurely breakfast. Our flight took off of time and arrived in Denver 25 minutes early. I went to the gate for the flight to Rapid City and moments later my friend Earl showed up. I checked my phone and found a message from our friend Linda that her flight was delayed in Chicago. Originally she was getting to Rapid City 20 minutes before us. It ended up with her arriving an hour after us. We waited for her and then headed to the hotel.   We got tomthe hotel at 5:20pm.  After meeting our tour guide, we went out and found a quick dinner. Back to the hotel to unpack and arrange my day pack for tomorrow when we go to Mt Rushmore and the Crazy Horse monument.  A long day and I’m ready to sleep.
