I flew to Newark airport on September 12th. I am visiting family and friends in Westchester (NY) and in Connecticut. Tonight I visited my niece Amy and her family. Megan, my great-niece told me that she showed her class my blog. The picture is of Megan and her sisters Emily and Natalie. Hi to Megan’s teacher and classmates.
Next Tuesday I am flying to Milan for a Grand Circle Tr9avel tour that will take me to alpine villages in Italy, Switzerland, and Austria. At the end of the tour my friend Carol and I are heading to Berlin for 4 days before heading home. I’ll start blogging the tour on September 21st.

My tour is called “Romantic Villages of Alpine Europe”. The main tour starts in Stresa (like yours) but then goes to Interlaken Switzerland , Seefeld Austria, and Munich.

Your trip sounds great, Elsie. You are a woman after my own heart with all the travel you do! We are on a HAL 14-dayer to the Caribbean in Feb. We haven’t been away since the VoV. Issues with elderly parents. Dad is now at the Long Island State Vets Home, and Mom now resides at a Sunrise facility. So now that they are safe and taken care of, we can start planning some trips!
