This will be a short entry. I had a very full day in Antwerp and will add an entry when I get home.
Tonight was all the farewell festivities on the boat. Most people will be gone to the airport tomorrow before I head to breakfast at 7am. Carol is leaving at 8:45am for the post trip to Brugges. We will say goodbye in the morning.
My plan is to leave the boat at 9:15am. I am sharing a cab with a young woman from SF that is staying at the Hilton by the train station for a few days. I have a 12:33pm train to Paris. I’ll store my bags at the station and walk around until noon. I should be at my hotel in Paris by 3pm. On Saturday I’ll fly home after 53 days away.
