September 12, 2023 – I’m off to Paris!!!
Tomorrow, September 13th, I fly from San Francisco to Paris.
The trip came about after my Vantage trips all got cancelled. A friend, that I met on my last cruise, asked me if I’d join him on a river cruise through Provence. His brother and sister-in-law, who I also met, will be travelling with us. I normally travel alone so this will be new for me.
We will spend 3 days in Paris before going to Lyon to board a Viking River Cruise that goes to Avignon. After the cruise we’ll fly back to Paris and spend a week in an Airbnb apartment in the Marais district.
I’ll probably do my first blog on Friday September 15th. Please join my on this new adventure.

Hoping you have yet another fantastic travel (mis)adventure. I noticed that it might be a bit wet at the start of your trip, but hopefully you will have sunny skies and pleasant temps for the majority of your time there 🤞. I look forward to reading all about it. All the best.
